Reseller FAQ
Does one voucher or activation work on multiple devices?
No. One activation is assigned to one verified device. A different device requires its own activation and the applicable credits.
When are purchased credits added?
Credits are applied automatically after Streamora receives a verified payment confirmation. Duplicate callbacks cannot add the same package twice.
Can I manage my customers’ playlists?
Yes. A reseller can manage authorized playlists for their own customers. Each playlist is assigned to one specific registered device.
Does Streamora include channels or subscriptions?
No. Streamora is a multimedia player only. Customers must provide sources they are authorized to use.
How do I receive support?
Sign in to the Reseller Portal and open Tickets / Support. VIP ticket access is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
